Return & Refund Policy

At Dong Ho Heritage, each artwork is carefully prepared and packed before shipment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing an order.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The artwork must not have been framed, altered, cut, mounted, or damaged after delivery.
• The item must be returned with its original protective packaging where reasonably possible.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that Dong Ho folk artworks are traditionally made by hand. Minor variations in color, printing, paper texture, woodblock impressions, or other handmade characteristics may occur and are part of the individual character of each artwork. Such natural variations are not considered defects.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an artwork. Dong Ho Heritage cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before they are received by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider to post the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may not be able to accept returns of:

• Custom or personalized artworks
• Items that have been framed, mounted, cut, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned outside the applicable return period
• Gift cards, if offered

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been prepared, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
