Shipping policy

At Dong Ho Heritage, we carefully prepare and package each artwork in Vietnam before handing it over to our shipping partners.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated transit time is typically:

5–10 business days after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Processing time and transit time are separate. Most orders should therefore allow approximately 6–12 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Packaging

Our unframed artworks are carefully rolled and protected in a rigid shipping tube for international transportation.

Please open the package carefully to avoid accidentally damaging the artwork.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Delivery Delays

Occasional shipping delays can occur after an order has left our facility.

Delays caused by customs, postal services, local delivery carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has been lost.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will review the shipment and assist with the carrier where appropriate.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the artwork, and photographs of the original packaging.

Please retain the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be required when investigating the shipment with the carrier.
